So I just signed up for this facebook thing and I don't get it. Is it possible that I am that dumb? Ok so don't answer that question. But if someone could explain it's usefulness to me that would be great. In advance, Thanks for the help.

It takes some getting used to. Just play around with it and it gets easier everyday. My mother in law was on facebook before I got into it and she's a pro now.
I was so excited to see you on FB! You'll get used to it. It will be so fun to see people on there that you haven't seen or heard of in ages!
